Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or refunds once the order is completed. However, if the product arrives not working, we are happy to offer an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange:
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
The product must be in its original condition and packaging
Once the issue is verified, a replacement will be arranged as soon as possible.
